Name card (business card) printing price is based on 260gsm Art Card, 90mm x 54mm, offset printing, full colour. Note that 1 box = 100 pcs. The minimum quantiy that you order should be at least 200 pcs (the same design and the same name). Artwork Fee:
If you provide us with you own design, there is no artwork fee charge.
If you need Chinese contents on your name cards, we can translate into Chinese for you with free.
The charge for logo design is S$20 and logo scanning is S$5.00 /per logo.
We accept ai/psd/tif/pdf/jpg/cdr/eps/doc/ppt file.
Your images should be 300dpi or better.

Orders and Payments:
You may place your order via email or fax.
We accept cash, cheque, ATM transfer, bank transfer, Internet banking transfer and Paypal. We have POSB and OCBC bank accounts. Please ask us for our bank account.

Delivery charge:
Self collect for free and we will contact you when ready for collect. 
Delivery to Singapore address via SingPost services. Usually it takes one day to receive your name cards.
Local Shipping (100-500pcs) for S$5.00* .
Local Shipping (500pcs above) for free.

Procedures:
         Step 1: Tell us your quantity, requirements or send us your design (you may use our Microsoft Word name card templates to design your own software first. ), we will let you know the total price within one working day. You may view the proof via email, or we can print the proof with our digital colour printer if you want.
         Step 2: You are encouraged to make payment via cheque, ATM transfer, Paypal or Internet transfer* . You may come to our office to see the proof and make payment.
         Step 3: We will start the production immediately after we receive your payment. It usually takes 5 working days for production.
         Step 4: We deliver your name cards to you via SingPost. You can receive them on the next day. Alternatively, you may come to our office to collect.
(* If you make payment via cheque, ATM transfer, Paypal or Internet transfer, SingPost delivery will be free. If you come to our office to pay by cash, SingPost delivery charges will be S$5.00 for quantity of 100-500pcs.)

     4. How to make payment?
        Below is our account information:
        OCBC Bank checking account: 517-330817-001 (Giftspolis Pte. Ltd.)
       In Singapore, the common no-electronic payment methods are:
       - cheque/check
       - Purchase a cash order from bank
       - Purchase a postal order from Singpost
       In Singapore, electronic payment can be Interbank Funds Transfer, ATM transfer and Paypal transfer.
       If you use DBS Internet banking, you need to input bank code and branch code information. Bank Code is 7339 and branch code is 517. The account type is current account.
       In terms of ATM transfer, DBS/POSB supports the ATM transfer from your account to the third party DBS/POSB account , but OCBC ATM currently does not support the ATM transfer from your account to any third party accounts. Therefore, you cannot use ATM transfer to transfer funds to our OCBC account even if you have an OCBC ATM card. As our corporate account is with OCBC, you cannot use DBS/POSB ATM to transfer fund to our OCBC corporate account. Therefore, if you have DBS/POSB account and prefer ATM transfer, please ask us for our DBS/POSB account.
       If you have Paypal account, please ask us for our Paypal account.
       Last, you may always choose cash payment if you are not comfortable with other payment methods.
